A Patch based on an idea from the DFAM manual which uses the PITCH SEQUENCER to control noise volume (Snare/Clap).
Mult PITCH out to DFAM NOISE LEVEL & CV Mixer or Attenuator/Inverter.
Invert PITCH SEQ CV and send to DFAM VCA DECAY IN.
Higher values on Pitch Sequencer will then make snare louder but also shorter and “snappier”.
In the video I use a Happy Nerding 3xMIA to invert, mix and offset CV, but almost any CV mixer will work fine…Make Noise Maths, Doepfer a-138, Planar….pretty much anything will do.
