Moog Subsequent 37 – 3 Oscillators Hack/Patch
By cranking up the resonance, get the filter to self-oscillate and create a third oscillator which makes it possible to play triads on the Moog Subsequent 37.
With filter as 3rd Oscillator (produces a sine wave) and OSCs 1&2 set to Triangle Wave, produces a nice “lo-fi” vintage keyboard sound.
Tune the oscillators independently (like on a mini moog) to create static harmonies, or use DUO mode and open up tons of harmonic options.
Note: Make sure to have Filter EG amount set at 0 and KB track to 1:1.
Also in this patch:
Using Mod 2 with Filter EG as Mod Source and Filter MultiDrive as Destination. Creates saturated “Waves”
MOD 1 – modulating pitch of OSC 1 (by an octave) and turning on/off the Sub Oscillator for some rhythmic movement.
